So, when she returns to Lake Wisteria, I fully intend to avoid the interior designer.
At least until my meddling mother exploits my savior complex.
The faster I help Dahlia find her creative spark, the sooner she will leave town.
But while I was busy getting rid of Dahlia, I overlooked one potential issue.
What happens if I want her to stay?

ATTWB Review:
The only way I know how to articulate my opinion of this book is to compare it to a Hallmark movie. Girl moves back to her small hometown after a breakup. On her first day back she dramatically runs into her childhood sweetheart. After an exhausting game of tug of war between enemies to lovers, they finally rekindle their romance only for the guy to do something out of bounds that causes her to run back to the big city. He realizes his mistake and runs after her and they live happily ever after. The chemistry between the two characters lacked and it was way too long for the actual plot. It was cute but it just wasn’t the type of book I enjoy.
Favorite Highlights:
“I struggle against the heaviness threatening to consume me, only to fail as I spare a glance at the first man who broke my heart. It took him nineteen years to earn it and only six words to obliterate it. And I don’t plan on forgetting that.”
